Philosophy
Employment law is developing on a continuing basis, both in the state court systems and in our federal courts and administrative agencies, with new legal theories, defenses, standards of proof, methods of developing evidence, and dispute resolution forums being tested all over the country. An effective litigation practice requires a mixture of expertise, experience, brain-power and muscle, and every successful litigation firm has a lawyer who can be counted on to develop ideas, theories and arguments that come from that kind of background and keeps pace with the developments in employment law.
