Sam Morgan
Attorney, Partner
To an individual employee, an employment relationship is typically their most important business relationship. To an employer, employment relationships are crucial to continuing operation of their business. The termination of an employment relationship can be one of the most upsetting events in an individual's life. My role is to attempt to avoid these upsetting scenarios.
Greg Jones

Michigan Lawyers Weekly recognized Greg in 2018 for Million Dollar Verdicts and Settlements. “Success for you is our job.”
We know how important your job and career are to you. When they have been taken away, you want someone by your side who shares that concern and recognizes that providing a remedy for that wrong will affect the way you live the rest of your life. As a lawyer, I have been committed to that fight for more than 30 years.
David Kotzian
Attorney, Of Counsel
David A. Kotzian, PLLC.
In order for a business to run successfully, employees and their employer should have an amicable and mutually beneficial relationship. But when problems in the workplace do arise, it’s best to go to an experienced attorney who can help resolve these issues. I represent clients in all forms of employment law cases, including discrimination, whistleblower protection, and wrongful termination.
Barbara D. Urlaub
Attorney, Senior Counsel
Barbara Urlaub’s law practice focuses litigation and appeals involving employment rights claims, municipal law, and complex business and commercial claims, in both state and federal courts, and in the arbitration setting, and providing advice and counsel to clients on employment rights and business issues. Barbara is also frequently retained to serve as an independent investigator for sexual harassment and employment discrimination complaints, and for high level employee misconduct concerns.
